Dreary
Got another very nice rejection yesterday, on my full manuscript. She praised my characterization and plot, but said she wasn't 100% on it, so was deciding to pass.

Bleh. Still mailing stuff out.

Kaleb sleep-walked for the first time ever last night, freaking out both Jerimiah and I. He knocked really loudly on our door at 2AM and said in an upset voice, "I really, really need FOOD right now."

When questioned later, he didn't remember this at all.

Thanks! It's just a letdown to read this wonderful email, to get to the bottom, and see, "Unfortunately..."

I think I'll do a massive mail-out tomorrow to make myself feel better. It's the new chocolate.

I say congratulations. You knew it wouldn't be an easy road and there would be disappointments along the way. A nice rejection is miles away from an impersonal one.

Just remind me about that when *I* start piling up my rejections ;D
